🎯 About the Role
As a Growth Associate at Aybee, you will work directly alongside our Co-Founders and Head of Sales to build your pipeline from scratch, run your own discovery and demo calls, and close your first deals. You'll own the Pioneer Program for your verticals — finding consumer brands across the DACH region, getting them onto the platform, and driving real revenue from day one.
The path is clear: Growth Associate → Junior Account Executive → Account Executive. There are no fixed timelines — it's entirely up to you how fast you move. The goal is to get you to Account Executive as quickly as possible.

The Role
You're the engine behind our pipeline. As an SDR/BDR, you identify, contact, and qualify ICP accounts via cold call, email, and LinkedIn — and hand off qualified discovery meetings to our AE team.
